When managing Affiliate Programs, I prioritize finding high-impact partners that are not just relevant but almost tailor-made for each brand's unique audience and market. I’ve launched tiered commission structures, ensuring that partner payouts are competitive yet cost-effective, driving strong performance without compromising budget efficiency. To further strengthen relationships with emerging affiliates, I’ve leveraged product sampling and custom code activations, offering them exclusive value and fostering lasting partnerships that boost engagement and sales.
With handling Influencer Activations, I tailor every aspect to the brand’s needs and campaign briefs, carefully selecting influencers whose values and audiences align with the brand. My strength as a seasoned project manager shines through in overseeing the details—from negotiating contracts and managing deliverables to ensuring strict adherence to timelines. I focus on the small details so that each campaign runs smoothly and maximizes impact. In addition, being a Creative Director gives me an edge when it comes to coming up with content ideas, which is something both brands and creators appreciate.
With regards to Sponsorship Content, I collaborate with the most influential media brands to ensure maximum exposure. I’ve developed my own custom ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) calculator to provide accurate forecasts, giving clients clear, data-driven insights before committing to media buys. This approach ensures that every investment is strategically sound and aligned with the client's business goals, delivering the best possible outcomes.
I’ve always been a creative, active person with a passion for doing a little bit of everything. I started out studying Arts in university but quickly realized I’m too much of a talker to fully commit to Design. Connecting with people and building relationships always excited me more. I thrive on energy, and nothing gives me more joy than helping people grow their brand, championing their vision, and seeing them scale into something bigger.
I’ve learned early on that my main currency in life is my personality. As a Marketing and PR professional, I’ve mastered the art of communicating with all kinds of people, adapting my approach depending on the situation. Knowing how to navigate different communication styles has been key to success—understanding when to push, when to listen, and when to bring the right energy to the table.
While I consider myself a free spirit, I’m also fiercely competitive. Growing up as an athlete and dancer, I learned to be adaptable, resilient, and determined. Problem-solving became second nature to me, and it shaped my project management skills—seeing the smallest details, making sure everything is in its place, and refusing to take no for an answer.
But at the core of it all, I’m here to have fun. I thrive on creative freedom, which led me to start my own venture and work with clients on my own terms. I’m at my best when I can trust my intuition that I trained and honed as I grew in this very industry. This journey has allowed me to fall in love with Marketing all over again, focusing on brands that stand for something and make a difference. It’s all about working with good energy and intention, helping brands that are trying to change their little worlds for the better—one small movement at a time.
