REAL IMPACT

MAISONETTE

In 2021, I spearheaded the migration of Maisonette’s Affiliate Program from Rakuten to Impact, restructuring commission strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
The goal was to secure premium placements by leveraging relationships with top-tier publishers such as Good Morning America, Oprah Daily, BuzzFeed, CNN, Business Insider, Glamour, The Bump, and Forbes.
My strategy capitalized on Maisonette’s market’s key purchasing moments, focusing on hero products to maintain strong, engaging relationships with publishers who consistently spotlighted the brand. 
As a result, the program rapidly generated six-figure monthly revenue and saw exponential growth from 2020 to 2023.

BAJIO SUNGLASSES

Bajio initially focused on Paid Search strategies, but I suggested expanding into affiliate and influencer campaigns to better enhance brand reach and engagement.
The potential to enhance brand reach and boost engagement was clear.
As a water sports enthusiast, I understood which communities would connect with the brand. I partnered with top media outlets in the Adventure, Water Sports, and Outdoor spaces, including Men’s Journal, Surfd, Gear Pro Guide, Active Junkie, and DiveIn.
To generate authentic content, we collaborated with micro-influencers who have strong community ties, strategically placing user-generated content across both traditional and creative spaces on Instagram.

GRAVITY

Gravity's primary objective was to revive its dormant affiliate program, resolve setup issues, and position the brand for significant growth by activating new partnerships, enhancing existing ones, and exploring new content verticals beyond traditional publishers.
I led the team in building strong affiliate partnerships with a diverse range of top-tier, on-brand publishers, focusing on product reviews and comparison articles, knowing that Gravity thrives on quality and customer feedback. We partnered with major media players in the sleep space like Sleep Foundation, Mattress Clarity, and Sleepopolis. 
Additionally, we crafted a robust sponsored content plan with leading review sites such as Reviewed, Wirecutter, and Apartment Therapy, experimenting with various product angles, promotions, and key moments to boost exposure and ROI.

In preparation for launching a new affiliate program on Impact, the primary goal was to drive product awareness and lead generation. 
I led the account and successfully increased brand visibility and education by partnering with top-tier content platforms like Men's Health, Sports Illustrated, and Garage Gym, ensuring the brand reached the right audience.
To further amplify this, I launched an Influencer Activation Campaign featuring a diverse mix of personas aligned with the brand's target market, including retired athletes, Olympians, fitness moms, fitness couples, and influential opinion leaders who embody active lifestyles. This strategic approach significantly boosted both product awareness and lead generation, setting the stage for the new program's successful launch.
